Shipping:
1) All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday (excluding Holiday closures).
2) Orders ships via UPS/FEDEX or USPS
3) Orders received before 1:00pm EST Monday through Friday normally ship out the same day. Otherwise your order will ship the following business day.
4) Please take into consideration that the day the order is placed does not count as a transit day.

Supply/Demand Substitution:
If we are out of a particular item like a basket, container or particular product pictured with a giftbasket then a similar substitute will be provided of equal or greater value.

Summer Chocolate Substitutions:
Policy is In effect from May through October only.
1) Due to summer all chocolate gifts can only be shipped via 2nd Day or Next Day Air only.
2) All gifts shipping Ground which contains chocolate will be substituted with hard candies.
